I got in, it was quiet, I was told it was a 6 cylinder, and I thought, no power to pull the wheels let alone the lift. Man, I fell in love with the truck, as it not only quiet, it is 1 hell of running truck right out of the box. I can't tell you how surprised I was. It is a twin turboed motor, and pulls this big truck down the road without a problem. Not been in a car with that motor, but in a Mustang, it would have to be a beast. Ford has a winner with the eco boost. So this 4 bang version doesn't surprise me. I like some Mustang styles and others I don't care for...
I would have to agree with you doc if ford would put the 3.5L eco boost in the new mustang there will be a crossfire on a ford dealers lot in the dallas area. I have had my f150 eco boost for a year now and I'm very happy with it. My 4 door truck will leave a na crossfire in the dust But I would like the check out the turbo 4 cyl mustang also.
