How about the Mercedes diff fluid? Asked the Mercedes parts guy for the diff oil but he would not recognize the Crossfire so I said the 2002 SLK AMG 722.6 5 auto and I got 85w 90 Hypoid Mercedes 235 sheet. I know the Crossfire service manual says 75w 85 syn 231.1 sheet. I only drive the car in summer so will this 85w 90 hypoid work ?
Same with tranny fluid got Mb ATF 134, sheet 236.14 vs Crossfire manual saying 236.10/236.11
