As a final follow up, my right side power window is now working perfectly. The problem was the body control module, BCM, was sending 1.2 volts to the pwr window motor and that is what caused the clicking sound in two places, the motor in the door and the BCM in the black plastic box under the hood, both would click when the switch was pressed and the BCM put out too little voltage. I got the BCM rebuilt at
index and it cost 280 bux w freight and a lifetime warranty. I'm very pleased coz the new BCM is like 1300 at the dealer (?) plus labor, and i did it myself and I work cheap.
Life is good now as our Crossfire is back on the road !!!
