The following is based on "bank per buck within budget". Get a Eurocharged tune, 65mm supercharger pulley, fat and sticky (SUMMER) rear tires (kumho ecsta xs 285/35/19 are on sale on Ebay). If any money left over or your rear tires are in great shape, add Needswings single CAI. Get it all done at the SAME TIME to optimize the tune. If you have a healthy SRT6 then the tune and pulley all by themselves will challenge the car's ability to get the power to the road. I chose 65mm pulley to avoid having to mess with air/fuel ratios and fuel delivery rate issues. Goal was to make everything easily reversible if desired at some point. I got the TCU tune as well, but I had a larger budget available than your specified. Goes likabatouttahell.
