How many miles on your SRT6? Have you ever changed out the idler pulley (pulley immediately to the left of the supercharger pulley as you're standing in front of the car and looking at the engine) or put a new bearing in the supercharger pulley? Those are normally the first pulleys / bearings to fail and make the rattling sound you describe.
