Default Improved Drag Times
Alright guys,

I was finally able to get back to the track and improved on my best time, which use to be 12.42. Mods I have added since I went to the track last time: new tires Michelin Super Sport 285/35, new wheels Forgestar, and modified intake upgrade from Needwings. My best time is as follows:
60’ – 1.854
1/8 – 7.869
¼ - 12.116 @ 116.12

While I am glad to have improved on my time, I just missed the 11 sec mark. I performed multiple runs from 12.1 to 12.3 so the runs were pretty consistent. Track conditions were pretty good with a temperature of 55 degrees, 30% humidity (which is awesome for Louisiana) and a 10 to 15 mph head wind.

There were a couple of supercharged 5.0 mustangs running mid 9’s with slicks – quite impressive to see.

Next, I will add drag radials and go back to the track. Hopefully that will get me a couple of tenths!

Les, I am watching what you are doing as well so I will be adding a fan to keep her cool! I already showed up at the track with just less than half a tank of gas.
