I see that at the drag strip....but, you know when you are up against the real deal, and to beat them is priceless. I guess by now, as you get to know this ole' guy, you would know growing up racing motorcycles with a Dad as a great mechanic, I would race factory, or sponsored bikes all the time. To beat them at their own game with priceless for it's time. There is something about being out there, absolutely naked (no sponsor stickers) people just knew what you were up against. I loved that underdog position. No expectations. But a win, was just down right cool. My early drag racing career with the Camaro didn't fare as well. Really needed that money then, lol. Anyway, with this suspension upgrade, maybe that will make some difference in the corners. I know from my just pushing the roadster hard into the corners I can drive the suspension into the ground. Feels like I am going to put the steering tire up thru the fender. I can lift the rear off while doing this. For you SCCA racers, we used to do a lot of EVOC training at the police academy, so we have had track time. Unlike you though, we actually got to make contact...lol. I hope it will improve that part of it as I like the stiffness of the SRT suspension. For me it isn't stiff enough in the front. We shall see what the racers say.
