Thanks for the reply.

Did they give you a reason as to why the new seat covers didn't fit properly?

What pisses me off is that I show them an obvious defect and all they do is dance around the issue making all kind of excuses, and then they have the ***** to tell me they do their best but I am never satisfied. I guess expecting things to be fixed properly isn't the norm in this day and age.

I'm just going to tell them to hold off on replacing the seat cover and request a meeting with the district maintenance rep or whatever they are called.

Oh, and to top it off the new seat cover is a shade or two lighter than the original.
