Had a bit of a recalc.
Asuming you've taken care of compression ratio considerations......
I admire the intent and the challenge, As we say here -
you lucky, lucky *******....
.... however....
I think you'll find you'll only get about 6psi boost and 600cfm capability = horse power - with the 74mm/155. That's is similar to a stock setup SRT6/SLK32 at 14.5psi and 610cfm.
Due to the larger engine volume you won't be hitting pressure ratio (heat) issues with the stock IHI S105 1.4L SC - so can I talk you into considering a 181 crank
straight up* (
with all the requisite underdrive pulleys). That should yield you nearer10psi and 720cfm...now you're starting to talk some serious hp (>410).
After enjoying that for a while, then you can slip on the 65 for13psi ~830cfm
You can leave it at that unless you're going to drive the SC to destruction (17,516 rpm) with a 181/62mm setup for a neat 14psi and 870cfm +++ over 500 bhp.
Awesome - Good times and Good luck!
