Thanks for this information, I took a look at both versions 2 and 4 and I am now going to admit, I am a female, so you can imagine what the steps involved look like to me! Don't think I want to tackle this job. I'm thinking first alternative is to interview a locksmith to see if he could do the fix, secondarily tow to a garage, also interview them to see if they have expertise in this matter, if not keep looking. I live 20 miles from the nearest small town and have used a a small repair garage for oil changes, tires, if they aren't able there is another alternative that looks a bit more modern and they've worked on my truck. I appreciate any more advise.
