Includes; fan relay, inline fuse, 20' 14ga wire, misc. terminals. You will still need a fixed/adj. thermostat to control the relay ~ something like this>> Adjustable Thermostatic Fan Control

Whoa...That's scary about the emissions!
Hey no worries on the parts Steve. I'm building an SCR to trigger from the starter solenoid so that the fan is on whenever the engine is, and off until the starter is triggered.
