This is repeated thruout the service manual. This is NOT how service manuals are produced in MY industry...
Your industry has to deal with idiots maybe. Just joking.

The manual says it is integrated into the switch, pretty plain and simple to me in this case. But there is a lot not said elsewhere, but we are smart we can figure it out.
