1. Do a throttle reset to reset the map in the PTCM.
2. Check/reseat the connectors to the pedal assembly and the throttle body.
3. replace the throttle body ( cheaper than the pedal assembly )
4. replace the pedal assembly.
5. replace the PTCM module ( God forbid )
