Default If RCM goes bad away from home.

There is lots of info about resoldering the RCM if it goes bad but what do you do if you're away from home? Well, I found a tool that will find it's way into my small emergency tool kit, i's called a Cold Heat soldering tool. I have been using it on my model train layout and realized it would be ideal to redo the RCM. Available from Radio Shack it uses a 4 AA batteries, heats very quickly and is cool to the touch immediately after soldering. No wires, no waiting for it to cool and it is small to carry
