That is some cars, my 300 was different.
With the key in the ignition in the OFF position, car off naturally.
Turn to ON, (after that point the starter will kick in).
Back to ACC. (Not to OFF)
Back to On.
Back to ACC.
Finally back to ON.
The codes will show up one after the other in the Mileage LCD window.
It shows the actual code, P1004, P0421, U765 etc.
Get ready to write them down.
When they have finished the LCD will say 'dOne' (Odd size characters)
It works best I find by starting from the OFF position. I get it to work every time now.
THANKS for the info (and for the PM). As soon as I can get into that particular SRT8 again I'll try to get it to display a code. I'll let you know if it worked for me.
