as for the sea level thing not the same in the least. run the same tune you have at altitude with no o2 and tons of timing because of the thin air and at sea level you will be so lean you will pop the motor. the altitude calculators are just so you won't feel bad at your high altitude times
EC and Inmotion are the only places I have tuned my cars and both say elevation does not play a factor into there tune. I disagree, but am not expert. I think Ideally you want to remote dyno tune your car so they can see afr in real time, or have a zkit so you can show the tuner where you need more or less fuel.

The 10.8 was ran with 150 wet nos shot tuned by EC at a track that was roughly 1000 feet above sea level, when Dahiti had it. The tune was only turned back negative 2 degrees and car has always ran strong. I have wanted to add timing back due to the high altitude but need to get back to on the dyno once 100 shot is set-up.
