I would bump your figures just a touch to 5mm and 15mm, mostly because those are common sizes and the others would have to be custom made, also because it will give it a little more aggessive look without your wheels sticking out. I would also highly recommend Eibach or another well known vendor and only use hub centric spacers. Also make sure the center bore of the wheel fits the XF hub and is snug...
