CrossfireLTD, consider yourself lucky, very lucky.

I just got back from a meeting with the district manager for my area. The result... the ill fitting seat "is an acceptable repair".
I asked him who was the next person up the ladder for a dissatisfied customer complaint and was told, "there is no one higher".

After calling the Chrysler 1-800 customer service number to try and find who I can elevated the issue to, I was told, "no one, the decision of the district manager is final". Good luck folks when you can't get a proper repair on your vehicle and you can't tell me the district manager isn't in bed with the dealerships.

I wonder if the Crossfire being a financial bust for Chrysler has anything to do with it?
