OK, here is the video of engine running. It seems like the noise is louder on the left side of the engine. When in park and in neutral the engine idles around 700 rpm so less knocking is heard. When in drive or reverse the rpm drops to 500 and thats when most knocking is heard. See video

Also I included some picutres of the 2 spark plugs I pulled. They look rusty. But I think that might be due to Chevron Techtron fuel additive that I used. The gap is about .038" - which is good.
