Hello Norm . I replaced module behind dash Siemans 1708201826 is the actual part. you will see back there. To order from Chrysler it was part no 5099541AA called [ door lock module] only $135' in diagram its by door . Took door apart looking for it THERE WERE NO MODULES. So figured I would order it and see what I got after seeing that part no. had worked for somebody else. Received the Siemans module. The package had actually come from Mercedes who refused to sell to me directly. I had talked to a good Mercedes mechanic and he said plug in module turn on key and wait a couple seconds before engaging starter and sometimes they will program themselves. I did so and it started. PS tried replying to your Email but came back unsendable.
