Here is the inside look at the SKREEM #170 820 18 26.
There are three plugs that attach to it, the one on the left says CAN, the next says ANT, the third has no markings. There are 2 pins in the 1st and 2nd and 18 pins in the third.
The black rectangular object in the top right corner is actually silver, it is reflecting my camera color.
