I got an O2 code for a rear sensor. (your code is a front sensor) I switched the left and right sensors and the code changed so I knew for sure it was a sensor and which one it was. Ebay was my source for a new one and after 15 minutes jacking the car and changing the sensor the code was gone. $1000.00 is about 10 times too much.
