This is just my personal opinion, but if you're going to upgrade the intake, wait to do the tune until you're done. The only reason I say this is because you probably don't want to be flashing the car a lot - not that 2 flashes are a lot - but in my mind, every time you flash it could be the last time. Electronics have a way of going dead without warning. I don't think anyone on here has had a flash "brick" the car - and many have done multiple tunes - so you're most likely going to be fine ... but if you know you're going to change it, why risk it?

BTW - I had mine tuned by EC and am very happy with it
