Then do the CAI first. And yes there will be a differences.
Firrst, the sound will change because you are moving mor air. Second, you will get more HP but not the full potential.
You will also notice a difference in performance on some days due to cold air. A difference you might not have noticed before. On 35 F degree days, my NA is a pit bull. Noticebly stronger. At least according to my butt meter.
If you are limited on budget and want to do upgrades on a sorta pay as you go plan, Do all the mechanical mods you can afford and then call Jake. Or better, call him and get advice on what mods to make and then get the tune when done.
