Bob's is correct you can look them up by vin but at ;east in my case they only fixed what I asked them to fix. The pneumatic lock TSB also applies to my car but at the time they did my fan and oil service it wasn't an issue, in other words it wasn't broke so why fix it? Now it is an issue. Tried to figure it out myself last night but I can't get to all the hoses and couplings. I let the dealer have at it on Tuesday. So I guess the short answer to your question is No.
