That's what I do ekalks, take off the custom CAI, I want the thing to look bone stock. I leave my Code3 SC pulley on because they are not going to notice anyway. Technically, if the "mod" didn't cause the problem, it should be covered. I like free flow filters but they don't filter as well as those restrictive paper filters. As a lawyer I could make a case that the poor filtering and the increased boost were responsible for the blown engine/seized SC. Etc. The service guys at Chrysler are probably not even going to notice your pulley on most jobs. However, if you blow up your engine or SC, I would put the stock one back on before taking it in for service.
