As to the Interior...

When I look at the SLK's, it appears as if this is the exact same centre concole. (?) It looks (based on what few photos I have examined of the SLK) as if you could swap out the wannabe-chrome plastic with any of the SLK types.

But, that is just my casual observance. Anyone know for sure?
