So it sounds as if this Rob fellah is a straight shooter, and NW isn't just some disinterested corporation, which is great in and of itself... and one thing I did not think of when writing this question was that of product vetting. That may be worth it all on its own. At any rate, I'm getting a strong Pro-NW vibe, so my assumption is that these DCAIs really are pretty great. Once again, thanks everyone. I've also contacted the shop with my same concerns, so I'll take it from there and see what their response is. Thanks for continuing to be great resource everyone!
