To now try and recoup the money spent by charging a membership fee is wrong!! (in my opinion)


Like someone has said, 400 (claimed) members paying £25 = £10,000 per year, that's an awful lot of banners!!! Ok we all know nowhere near that number will pay the £25 (judging by the feed back I'm getting) and it is not going to encourage any more owners to get into their cars and drive to meets! Which always used to be the aim of ukcrossfires.co.uk in the past.


I am slowly resigning myself to the fact that Crossfire owners, in the main, in the UK, have little to no interest in car meets, which is a real shame!!!





The numbers attending meets has grown dramatically in 2013 with 49 cars at Gaydon. The feedback from Gaydon and the survey carried out was instrumental in taking the decision to form a proper recognised motor club. Otherwise the size of the group and possible further growth was making it impossible to manage without a proper financial and organisational structure
