I think the rear looks about right, and in proportion, but it seems that the distance between the A pillar and front wheel is a little too stretched. I suspect the used such a long wheelbase for stability during the high speed tyre testing (200 mph+ apparently!)

Now you mention it I do remember the Green Hornet (vaguely!) Didn't the car revolve upside down in the garage, or I am thinking of something completely different?
