I'm coming up to the meet at Coventry on Sunday and the MPG thing is one thing i would like to know the answer too myself.

I do a journey once a month to St Albans (120 Miles) and my ECU App (Dash Command) states i average 30-31 MPG. Although this may not be accurate i haven't changed anything else if there is an increase it must have done something.

I am hoping for slight increase but i'm not expecting miracles, not with my heavy foot anyways.
