Trenzman - did you find any issue with clearance of the pipe to the lower support brace? I too have an 05 Roadster (Limited, but I doubt that changes anything here) and I need to get it back up on a lift to address a little clearance issue - I get vibrations against the frame when the system is cold, especially at low RPMs.

I also still get the dreaded drone and can't seem to find a way around it.
