Finally got the wifey home long enough to look at the engine cover on her 05 Limited. Got it a few years back from LKQ. It came off a C240 and fits perfect. Sure enough, the p/n is the same... A 112 094 00 04. No rubbing what so ever and she still has the hood liner installed!
O.K. I just pulled mine off and found the correct P/N. Mine is the same one that 180 referred to (A 112090 11 01). The number You show in the pic is on the side of the filter housing and refers to the filter element that fits this air box. So the one you have pics of is the correct box.
Thank you very much for your help! I am so glad that i didnt miss this good deal($60 for both of the pieces!!)So now we know that c320 wagon has the same engine as the regular c320
I ordered mine right now and cant wait to put it on my topless chick
)
