Turbos use half the horsepower to boost then a supercharger requires and turbos have more tunability and drivability.

I only drive it 2 days a week and some on weekend but still put on average 600 miles a week.

3.2 and 3.7 m112 engines have a forged crank and rods. I have heard the factory forged lower end is good for around 90 HP per cylinder. But the coated pistons will have to go anyway.
I don't think Turbos have had much success here with the Crossfire. It's cheaper to just buy an SRT. As a result there is likely a predisposition against that route.

Since you are a stick shifter, the Turbo is attractive. I see where you want to go here. If the project isn't too challenging then go for it.
