Chiming in here, just as everyone else suggests: Intercooler Pump. I just replaced mine myself with an OEM because of the same issue. HUGE difference. Night and day. Easy job; took me three hours. Next time it will take one hour, I'm certain. It was super easy, especially with the OEM Bosch pump; that one you just plug it in an go. Also GET RID OF THOSE DAMN SPRING CLAMPS while you're in there. Those have to be the most frustrating aspect of getting that pump out. Put worm hose clamps on, as suggested by many here; you'll thank yourself for paying the extra 77 cents for the pair (what I paid at AutoZone).
