Who knows. I only opened one of the two boxes to change my oil yesterday... They have been sitting on my shelf for a week or so... This one only had the single top O ring, which surprised me since this was the first fleece filter I received and the first with only one O ring.
Ten oil and filter changes thus far (20k miles). But I'm running the car hard and after two track days the oil is BLACK. 8 qts. of 40W Redline Racing oil with 1 pint of MMO.
I put a quart of MMO in the engine 24 hours before changing the oil, that may be why the oil comes out so black. MMO is believed to remove the carbon deposits in the cylinder heads.
