My co-worker had his Xfire die on him at a gas station and changed this sensor himself (one of his first "more serious" car maintenance experiences).
Just wanted to re-iterate that you can do this yourself. With the right tools it's an easy job. He used the Bosch sensor, bought the right inverse torx bits, and borrowed a wobble joint from me. He took pics and made a writup of the whole thing here:
