Re: O2 Sensor 2005 Crossfire
Has anyone noticed diminishing performance in older 02 sensors? I recently replaced my CPS and the car runs like the dickins now. It never misfired before or seemed to run poorly, but now, in the higher gears, the car pulls much harder.
I am tempted to do a sensor refresh on the car. MAF sensor has been cleaned and installed in the larger TB and MAF housing. The CPS was replaced with one with a lifetime warranty from Advanced Auto. ($45) I was thinking about doing the Camshaft Position Sensor ($100) and the O2 Sensors to see if there is more umph somewhere to be found in sensors that are not 10 years old.
Any suggestions, Anyone have the same experience, Anyone have recommendations for02 sensors that I shouldn't use. I know Camshaft PS should be bosch but I'll go with the one that has a life time warranty. Looks so easy to change out.
Thanks in advance for your replies.
