Yeah, no love there. I wanted to keep the rolling weight down, and keep the OEM tire size, so I went with the 19 x 9.5 ET35s. Now if only they'd hurry up and get here so I can get them mounted and take some pictures.
I de-baffled the elbow and removed the MAF screen today on a whim. (That sounds better than "shattered the brittle plastic trying to pop the screen out just to test" right? :P ) In any case, I wasn't expecting anything, but feels like an increase in low-end torque. At least it reliably breaks traction from a roll on dry pavement now. It didn't do that before...
