When the battery is charged then it should be possible to insert a rod or stiff wire and push it onto the lock/unlock button on the console. Or use something that will pull the latch on the opposite door to the window you access. This I think is the method used by locksmiths. A friend had this done when he left his key in the car. The locksmith was in the car in seconds, he pried the glass apart, inserted a wedge and put in the long puller bar, my buddy said it was amazing to see.
