Default Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?

Over the past week I've been working off-and-on to repair the broken plastic bulkhead cap on my "damsel in distress" SRT6 coupe. If the seat(s) are powered back too far they put pressure on the bulkhead cap and break it. This part has been discontinued and is simply not available anywhere.

First I removed the bulkhead cap (it was cracked and broken into several pieces). I applied epoxy on the underside of the part to get it put back together. Then I re-covered the part with charcoal suede headliner material. I have just about 2 hours invested in the entire process. Overall it was an easy-to-do fix and I think it turned out great . . .

I used this material and their spray on high temperature headliner adhesive . . .

I also used the epoxy to repair some of the other damaged interior trim panels while I had everything apart . . .
