Put a new battery in today. The 10 year old Varta finally caved in. Replaced it with one of the Forum recommended Walmart Maxx Everstart H-6. Direct fit. Got a little spooked for a bit....driving down the road the siren started...drove home parked it in the garage, pulled the #9? fuse, and started searching the forum for alarm/screem module replacement. All seems well now. Maybe needed to "settle in" to the new battery? (hope pray)
