It has been a learning and rewarding experience to "bring back" this srt6 to its deserved glory. Someone will get a great car with many fun miles remaining to enjoy.
Regarding the tpms units, from a recent link posted on this forum, i bought four new tpms units here:
amazon.com: Dorman oe solutions 974-001 chrysler pacifica/caliber/compass tire pressure monitor system sensor: Automotive
i paid to have them installed and then went to get them programmed at the stealership. They
cannot be programmed to the car (in spite of the web page confirming that these are the correct units, these tpms units are
not compatible with the crossfire system).
Now i have to buy and install a more expensive set . . . Working on that now . . . Another learning experience . . .
that's why i had my monitors taken out.....unless you buy them from chrysler, no tpm's can be programmed.......oh, and they cost a fortune....
