Congratulations! If first sold in TN, it is one of the 9 "Special States". We've mailed significant documentation to NHTSA (months ago, No response at all!) and Head of Calif. Dept. of Consumer Affairs, still waiting, fighting for anyone in the other 41 States who got screwed like we did. So hard to believe that Chrysler never wants our business again!
