Default Re: First Problem with 25 miles...

Crossfire Owner calls Chrysler Dealership concerning transmission leak: Hello I had my Crossfire towed in this morning for a transmission leak; do you have any idea when it'll be ready for me to pick it up?

Service Manager Replies: Sorry sir but we have not been able to duplicate the transmission leak you are telling us about, if the leak should reoccur and we can see the leak we will fix the leak, but if we don't see the leak then Chrysler will not allow us to repair the leak on your word alone. Mean time my tech has your car out on the road and I expect he'll be back soon and I'll let you know what we can do for this so called transmission leak.

Crossfire Owner reply: OK so you will call me and let me know? That is fine I saw the leaking fluid and the Tech should be able to see it with no problem. Bye.

10 minutes later Service Manager Calls Crossfire Owner: Sir I spoke with my Tech by cell phone, he is still out driving the car, but he says that he cannot smell or see any transmission leaks; he stated he does not understand Crossfire Owners they are always over reacting to the simplest problems.

At that very moment this is what is happening with the Tech and Crossfire on the test drive looking for the transmission leak.
