Thank-you again.. I think my communication problem just got fixed..lol sorry. when I looked the first time I was looking at it wrong. I just went out and lowered the top half way and followed the cable. I pulled both ends getting them to move in and out. Boy was I dumb. now that it works I'll run down and get something to lube the cable with.. Thanks for your help and I promise to listen better next time.
