Sounds like "bad service". It appears to me they "replaced" what really wasnt broken. There arent any "real" mechanics anymore. They're called "technicians" now. These technicians do not analyse, diagnose and repair. They just "guess"stimate and replace. This is why I come here FIRST before I go to a shop. The veteran forum members here are true mechanical "enthusiast" at heart. What ever issues you are experiencing with your Crossie, there is someone here who solved the problem (and may have posted pics of the process)
