Well, in most cases, it is the mechanic who gets in over his head, because he is looking at symptoms of a normal car....not a ******* car. If it were pure MB or pure Chrysler, life would have been good...but no, lets compound the problems. So, mechanic throws parts at it, and gets no where, but still bills out the parts and the labor. Meanwhile, the car owner has no clue, so he keeps paying hoping to get his sporty car back.... This is a car all should research the hell out of before buying, and reading every damn thread on here at least a dozen times to make it stick so when the problem arises, he can help the mechanic out....
