Almost every time my wife gets her oil changed they tell her either ball joint bad, wheel bearing, tie rod etc. She tells them NO OIL CHANGE ONLY she has a shop she trusts more to work on her car. After oil change she always takes it straight to our trusted shop he looks at what dealership said was bad. And our mechanic just laughs and says there is nothing wrong. Then the next oil change she asks the dealership to check the part they said was bad and they come back and say "looks good, but XXX XXX other part is going out now" and she goes back to our trusted shop and the circle keeps going.
