At one point, I took to searching eBay and messaging anyone who was selling a car with diffusers to see if they were OEM and if they would sell them separately.. didn't get a lot of bites and I ended up with an OEM set from someone here on the forum who never installed theirs (which I haven't installed either, ironically)
